As much as this hurts and states arent going after rapists the best they should you cant really get them back. The way to get them back is to become the best person you can and do everything for you. Show them that youre not going to let their hateful nasty action ruin your life for good. Yes you should get counseling and you did the right thing reporting it. Maybe join a victims right group in your area. I was raped and I have been through this and 5 years later I am moving on and doing the best I can for myself.

dude did you get raped by my ex boyfriend? he did the exact same thing to me. hes just like how you described your guy. i tried to take it into laws hands but they said i consented since we were together and i gave him oral. how gay is that? its hard to handle in court unless you got brutally beatin during the rape or pregnant they usually dont care. which is so stupid i just gave up and made his life a living hell. if the law wont do it i did it myself. i turned all his friends against him no girls have respect for him anymore and i destroyed his car : nothing will be as worse as what he did to me and i know its hard. im not saying you should give up maybe you can actually do a better job like i can. its serious so keep trying everything you can. i cant give you tips cause i gave up quick. that whole court thing got to me. i let him win. dont let this guy win do everything you can to throw his a.s.s in jail. its not right. i wish you the best of luck and stay strong. dont let him get to you. keep going dont make the same mistake i did.

You could try to set him up like a sting operation if u could get a cop to help you research the laws that could get him out of it first talk with your attorney if u dont have one try to find one that gives a free consultation in the end you might just have to move on it sucks its horrible but shit eaters like that get what they deserve later on in life try not to destroy yourself in the process of getting him back he wins that way

Write a letter to the local newspaper in the community which he lives. When you write the letter make sure not to sound vindictive but act as though your just trying to inform other community members and potential victims. Also if hes rich take him to civil court.
