How can I make my diet healthier?
I really want to get the full benefit from my food as a teenage bodybuilder. This is a typical day: Breakfast: 3 servings Old fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup blueberries 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocao one serving of extra firm tofu 3oz honey lemon ginseng green tea. Breakfast 2: two slices cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread 3 oz tofu 1 tbsp pumpkin butter 1 tbsp soynut butter. Quick post workout snack: 1 tbsp raw unfiltered honey. Lunch: 1/2 cup eggwhite 1 veggie hotdog 2 servings of frozen carrots microwaved 3 small peaches and 100g dry apricots. Lunch 2: 2 cups light vanilla soymilk 1 cup grapes 600g watermelon Dinner: 100g buckwheat kasha 1/2 tbsp flaxseed oil 100g broccoli 2/3 cup green beans 1 slice of turkey 1 veggie hotdog blackcurrant or chamomile tea. I really am trying to improve my health alot as well as fitness. I am 6 1 16 years old and weigh 150 lbs. Any suggestions to help improve this diet? Im trying to add on muscle weight. Just please dont suggest any more meat it makes me feel bad. Yes I know eating tofu by itself is gross... I just like it that way lol

more veggies and protien also nuts veans fish etc

This diet is made for LOSING weight. Eat much more protein.that doesnt necessarily mean meat. Also to get more vitamins out of your vegetables like carrots green beans and broccoli dont cook them. A lot of healthy things are lost in the cooking process. Taylor Laughtners secret was eating frozen beef patties every hour and 1.5 hours a day in the gym. I wouldnt mind having his body...
