aShampoo Software Products .... ?
Has anyone ever downloaded and paid for one of these software products and actually been happy with it? I ask because I have downloaded a few items on free trial and found that they either misfunctioned or simply didnt work well ... not to mention of the splash screens that kept coming. Your experiences please ..................... Thanks

I did and i consider ashampoo to make good software it has been a major source for my systemutils. i bought these utilities sounds like a lot but its over many years: ashampoo uninstaller suite This is one of the best xp utilities i ever bought. Its apart from an uninstaller a great diagnostic tool to find out what happens on your computer and works wel. But its from the windpows xp age. Novices may find the snapshotsystem used by this utility cumbersome in contrast to an installationmonitor but it actually is a lot safer because its not active during install and this method allows you to monitor any change on your computer making it a great diagnostic tool and also a means to capture registry changes in order to make custom registrytweaks. If the new uninstaller 4 is as good as the older xp version i have i certainly would recommend this utility although i personally didnt buy it yet im not sure if i wil because i lately have little time for this kind of stuff ashampoo firewall pro A great little firewall little overhead selfprotection very little compatibility issues i still use it actually i now have 2 copies for on 2 computers. But also only usefull for xp not for 7. Apart from windows native firewall that one however has a lot less capabilities i believe this firewall has the least overhead from most alternatives i tried out a lot and also is the most stable in my experiance. Unfortunately there is no windows 7 variant yet. ashampoo powerupxp platinum Very cool desktopconfiguration utility. Its strength is its ability to incorporate homemade configurations like the registry tweaks mentioned earlier but also made for xp. ashampoo winoptimizer platinum. This may have been the least worth for its money in the sense that most of its features are done better by other utilities i have. Yet there is nothing wrong with this utility as such. This utility had some initial value to me because of its documented servicemanagement windows services are a kind of background applications and this utility allows you to disable some of them while very inportantly telling you the reasons why in order to save some recourses But for startupmanagement and processmanagement the utility of my choice is now the ultimate trouble shooter from a different company. Maybe the only functionality i dont have a good alternative for is the registry cleaner for xp. This utility does a safe not to intrusive cleanup of the registry this in contrast to some other utilities that try to delete as much as possible and put your system at risk. ashampoo office This i only bought because it was a very cheap offer i dont use office programs a lot. So generally i have very good experiances with ashampoo from the xpage. They dont seem to have a lot of windows 7 stuff yet. im talking systemutilities here although uninstaller 4 might be worth a try given my good experiance with its windows xp variant.

I have used Burning Studio and the Office 08 version for at least 2 years now and have had no problems or issues EVER. What more can I say
