Will jogging in the morning before breakfast help me lose weight?
If I jog in the morning for say 15 minutes before breakfast help me lose weight? My friend told me that anything you eat before 12 doesnt count as fat so breakfast doesnt contribute to making me fat. So is there really a point in jogging before breakfast if it doesnt make much of a difference? Or is she wrong? Should I jog? Thanks in advance
