Why am i LOSING weight?

Why am i LOSING weight?

Ok so Im a guy 5 9 and about 159 lbs. Im eating a lot and eating healthy trying to gain some mass up to about 165170. But instead im losing more than Im actually gaining even though I exercise each day. wtf is happening ??

Well exercising is I believe the key word

You are probably not eating enough and all the food you have eaten has been worked off whilst you have been exercising. Also try drinking plenty water before during and after exercising. :

to gain muscle you need to weightlift not exercise meaning cardio.....no offense but duh.
